Co-Trustees of the J&M Martinez Revocable Trust dated March 15, 2021 (“Grantor”), do hereby
convey to the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation (“Grantee”), all right, title and
interest to and in that certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Glendale, Maricopa County,
State of Arizona and described as follows:

Subject to current taxes and other assessments, reservation in patents and all easements, rights of way,
encumbrances, liens, covenants, restrictions, obligations, and liabilities as may appear of record, the
Grantor warrants the title against all persons whomsoever.
