RESOLUTION NO. R24-137 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ENTERING INTO OF 
AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY 
OF PHOENIX (FAIN NO. AZ-2024-28-00) FOR ACCEPTANCE 
AND 
EXPENDITURE 
OF 
FEDERAL 
TRANSIT 
ADMINISTRATION 
GRANT 
FUNDING 
FOR 
TRANSIT 
SERVICES. 
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and the citizens 
thereof that the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Phoenix, Federal Award 
Identification Number (FAIN) AZ-2024-028-00, for acceptance and expenditure of FTA pass-
through grant funding for preventative maintenance for transit services, and authorizing a local 
match, be entered into, which agreement is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City 
of Glendale. 
 
SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or designee and City Clerk are authorized and directed 
to execute and deliver such agreement on behalf of the City of Glendale.  
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
