The City of Glendale, AZ is updating the Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Development Fee report for the following mentioned public services: Park and Recreation Facilities, Library Facilities, Police Facilities and Fire Facilities. The purpose of this document is to ensure that new growth pays its proportional fair share for capacity as it relates to new development. As part of that process, the City has commissioned TischlerBise to develop the Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvements Plan and Development Impact Fee Report. The City intends to hold a Public Hearing on the Development Impact Fees on February 11, 2025 at 5:30PM, at the City of Glendale’s Civic Center located at 5750 West Glenn Dr, Glendale AZ 85301 for the purpose of taking public comments.
