RESOLUTION NO. R25-33 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA24-02 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 99TH AVENUE AND BALLPARK BOULEVARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by approving General Plan Amendment GPA24-02 amending the General Plan Land Use Map from BP (Business Park) to EMU (Entertainment Mixed Use) for property located south of the southwest corner of 99th Avenue and Ballpark Boulevard.
