Agreement for Police Uniforms and Equi ment 
City of Glendale Solicitation No. IFB 21 08 
(FX Tactical LLC, Contract No. C20-07 5) 
This Amendment No. 2 ("Amendment") to the Agreement for Police Uniforms and Equipment 
City of Glendale Soliciation No. IFB 21-08 ("Agreement") is made this 8th day of April, 2025, 
("Effective Date"), by and between the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation 
("City") and FX Tactical LLC, an Arizona limited liability compan , authorized to do business in 
Arizona ("Contractor"). 
RECITALS 
A.
City and FX Tactical LLC ("Contractor") previously entere into IFB 21-08, Contract No.
C20-0755, dated September 8, 2020 ("Agreement"); and
B.
City and Contractor previously entered into Contract Extens· n No. 1 extending the term of
the Agreement from September 8, 2021 through September , 2022; and
C.
City and Contractor previously entered into Contract Extens on No. 2 extending the term of
the Agreement from September 8, 2022 through September , 2023; and
D.
City and Contractor previously entered into Contract Extensi n No. 3 extending the term of
the Agreement from September 8, 2023 through September , 2024; and
E.
City and Contractor previously entered into Contract Extens· n No. 4 extending the term of
the Agreement from September 8, 2024 through September , 2025; and
F.
City and Contractor previously entered into Contract Am ndment No. 1 increasing the
compensation of the Agreement by $98,000 dollars; and
F.
City and Contractor wish to modify and amend the Agree ent subject to and strictly in
accordance with the terms of this Amendment.
AGREEMENT 
In consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein and other g od and valuable consideration, 
the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the C ty and Contractor hereby agree 
as follows: 
1.
Recitals. The recitals set forth above are not merely recitals, ut form an integral part of this
Amendment.
2.
Term. The term of the Agreement is unchanged and shall e pire on September 7, 2025.
3.
Scope of Work. The scope of work for this agreement w· be expanded to include Arm,
Shoulder, and Shin protectors, additional Mobile Field 
orce equipment, accessories,
protectors and riot shields
