RESOLUTION NO. R25-24 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE’S 2025 GLENDALE HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PHA PLAN (FORM HUD-50075-HP) AND THE 2025-2029 FIVE YEAR AGENCY PLAN (FORM HUD-50075-5Y) TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s 2025 Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan (hereafter the 2025 PHA Plan) and the 2025–2029 Agency Five-Year Plan (hereafter the Five-Year Plan) and authorizes the submission of the 2025 PHA Plan and the Five-Year Plan to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2025 PHA Plan and Five-Year Plan is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and copies are available for review/inspection at the following locations: • Community Housing Administration Office 7677 W Bethany Home Road, Bldg. E, Glendale, Arizona • City of Glendale website: www.glendaleaz.com SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute and submit the 2025 PHA Plan and execute any and all agreements and documents necessary as long as the action is consistent with the approved 2025 PHA Annual Plan on behalf of the City of Glendale.
