RESOLUTION NO. R25-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE’S 2025 GLENDALE HOUSING AUTHORITY SMALL AREA FAIR MARKET RENTS (SAFMR’S) TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s 2025 Small Area Fair Market Rents and authorizes the submission of the 2025 Small Area Fair Market Rents to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2025 Small Area Fair Market Rents is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and copies are available for review/inspection at the following locations: • Community Housing Administration Office 7677 W Bethany Home Road, Bldg. E, Glendale, Arizona • City of Glendale website: www.glendaleaz.com SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute and submit the 2025 Small Area Fair Market Rents in accordance with 24 CFR 982.503 Payment Standard Amount and Schedule as a requirement to implement the Small Area Fair Market Rents to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and execute any all agreements and documents necessary as long as the action is consistent with the approved 2025 PHA Annual Plan on behalf of the City of Glendale.
