Exempt Pursuant to A.R.S.§11-1134 (A)(2) _
SCI Arizona Funeral Services, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, hereinafter termed Grantor,
for the sum of Ten No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other considerations, hereby grants to the City of
Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation, hereinafter termed Grantee, an exclusive Temporary
Construction Easement (“TCE”) for use by its agents and contractors under Grantee’s direction, for the
purpose of facilitating construction of the project known as CIP# 212257 59% Avenue and Northern Right
Turn Lane and Bus Pullout (“Project”), across that certain real property situated in Maricopa County,
Arizona, described and depicted in Exhibit “A-1” and depicted in “A-2”:
To the extent practicable, Grantee shall leave the Property in the same condition as existing immediately
prior to Grantee’s entry.
It is further understood and agreed that this TCE is to expire and terminate thirty (30) days after the
completion of the Project.
