EXHIBIT B Scope of Work Kemira Water Solutions, Inc. will supply as-needed ferric chloride at 40% solution +/- 2% as determined by lab analysis to meet AWWA B-407's latest revision which has been pre-filtered through a NSF approved 25 micron or greater bag filter prior to transferring the solution from the manufacturing process to the shipping container. Contractor will deliver within five (5) working days after receipt of a purchase order from the City. Contractor will provide product related educational material to the City upon request. LINKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA AND KEMIRA WATER SOLUTIONS, INC. EXHIBIT C METHOD AND AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION The method and amount of compensation is provided in City of Phoenix Ferric Chloride, Contract No. 160973--0. NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT The total amount of compensation paid to Contractor for full completion of all work required by the Statement of Work must not exceed $1,000,000 for the entire term of the Agreement. DETAILED PROJECT COMPENSATION Purchase of as-needed ferric chloride at 40% solution +/- 2%.
