RESOLUTION NO. R25-40 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE GLENDALE, ARIZONA GENERAL PLAN MAP, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA24-05 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 63RD AVENUE AND GRAND AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by approving General Plan Amendment GPA25-05 amending the General Plan Land Use Map from LI (Light Industrial) to HDR 20 (High Density Residential 12.0 – 20.0 du/ac) and OFC (Office) for a property located at the northwest corner of 63rd Avenue and Grand Avenue.
