RFP OVERVIEW
On January 2, 2025, the City of Glendale issued a Request for Proposal
(RSOQ 25-21) for Community-Based Opioid Prevention and Outreach
Program to develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate the opioid
crisis.
The solicitation was formally advertised in The Arizona Republic on January
2, 2025, in accordance with FAP § 703-1 (B) and 703-3 (D)
