THE ABOVE REFERENCED CONTRACT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 
1.
Pursuant to the Agreement, Standard Terms and Conditions, Section 5.5 Contract Changes,
subparagraph A. Contract Amendment, this contract is hereby amended to identify the
consortium member libraries and clarify the payment of Item 1. Annual Platform Fee.
A. Consortium Member Libraries: The City of Phoenix (Phoenix Public Library); the Maricopa
County Library District; Apache Junction, Peoria, Mesa, Glendale, Scottsdale, and Casa
Grande (collectively, “Other Libraries”).
B. The Annual Platform Fee of $36,000 is divided evenly between the eight (8) consortium
member libraries of the Greater Phoenix Digital Library, which are listed in paragraph 1.A.
Each consortium member will pay their Annual Platform Fee, as listed in the table
immediately below this paragraph, directly to the Contractor.

Except as otherwise amended, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement and any prior
amendments not in conflict will remain in full force and effect. If there is a conflict or ambiguity
among amendments and the Agreement, the most recent amendment will only prevail and
control if clear and unambiguous; and if not, the original Agreement will govern to the extent
necessary to support the intent of the Agreement.
