RESOLUTION NO. R25-61 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A 
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SFA ENTERPRISES LLC LA 
PERLA SPORTS CANTINA FOR USE OF CITY RIGHT- OF-
WAY FOR DOWNTOWN OUTDOOR DINING AT THE 
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTH 57TH DRIVE AND WEST 
GLENDALE AVENUE. 
WHEREAS, the City of Glendale owns and controls a variety of properties through the 
community, including, but not limited to, buildings, parking lots, public rights of way, roadway, 
and vacant land; and 
WHEREAS, the city supports a vibrant downtown and encourages local businesses to 
create patron activity that attracts additional economic growth and enlivens the downtown 
environment; and 
WHEREAS, allowing the use of or access to city-owned or controlled property to support 
downtown revitalization is in the best interest of the city. 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute and deliver a License 
Agreement with SFA Enterprises, LLC pertaining to property located at the southeast corner of 
North 57th Drive and West Glendale Avenue. 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
