inconvenient location and being unaware of its existence.

Open participation - inconvenient location and lack of 
time.

Glendale Library webpage, e-newsletter and word of 
mouth. 
•
51% of address-based sample and 35% of open 
participation outreach responded they consider 
themselves to be of Hispanic, Latino, or Spanish origin.
