ORDINANCE NO. O25-26 
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING 
A 
MASTER 
AIRPORT 
TERMINAL 
OFFICE 
LEASE 
AGREEMENT FOR USE BY THE GLENDALE REGIONAL 
AIRPORT. 
 
 
WHEREAS, on January 25, 2011, the City Council of the City of Glendale approved a 
master Airport Terminal Office Lease Agreement; and 
 
WHEREAS, the master Airport Terminal Office Lease Agreement was amended on March 
28, 2017; and 
 
WHEREAS, the City desires again to amend the master Airport Terminal Office Lease 
Agreement. 
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1. That an amendedmaster Airport Terminal Office Lease Agreement is 
approved. The lease template is attached to this Ordinance and incorporated to this Ordinance by 
this reference. 
 
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee are authorized and directed to use the 
master Airport Terminal Office Lease Agreement referred to in Section 1 to enter new and renewal 
leases on behalf of the Glendale Regional Airport and individual Council action is not required. 
Leases issued under authority of this ordinance are considered pre-approved. No substantive 
changes shall be made to the master lease agreement. 
 
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall not be construed to prohibit the submission of 
variations of such leases for individual council approval. 
 
SECTION 4. That the provisions of this ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days 
after passage of this ordinance by the Glendale City Council.
