Special Fund 
Overview

The Clerk’s Office respectfully requests funding above baseline for the following:
o Personnel Costs
o General Fund Operating True-Up: $408,000
o
Minimal reallocation of operating costs due to reduced vacancy rates, 
declining grant revenues, and rising personnel costs in special funds.
o Technology Software & Licensing
o General Fund Operating: $317,000
o
Increased costs for ongoing licensing and support related to mature data 
center transition. 
o Security Service Cost Increase
o General Fund Operating: $54,000
o
Offset for increased contractual rate of armed security services.
o Vehicle Replacement
o General Fund: $50,000 (non-recurring)
o
Replacement of end-of-life vehicle for courier services and facility 
project personnel.
