HVPD has received timely nomination petitions and nomination papers from only four candidates; copies of the respective nomination petitions are enclosed, as required by A.R.S. §48‐1572(C). Those candidates, all current incumbents, are the below individuals: Wade C. Ferguson, Director at Large Stephen Martori, Director at Large William K. Perry, Director at Large Jerry Witt, Director at Large HVPD respectfully requests that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors cancel the December 2, 2025 election, and appoint the above‐named persons to fill the 2‐year terms of Director at Large commencing January 1, 2026.
