This notice from Morrison Ranch IWDD #49 serves as a formal request to cancel the election of 
Trustee(s) that was to be held November 19. 2025.  In accordance with ARS 16-410(A), the 
District seeks approval from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to have the election 
cancelled and appoint Dawnie Stewart, Howard Morrison, and Ed Persico who are duly qualified 
for the office of Trustee. The term they will serve as Trustees will be from January 1, 2026 to 
December 31, 2027.
