of Attorney from AT&T Services, Inc. appointing PwC US Tax LLP (“PwC”), acting through its partners 
and staff, as its attorney-in-fact for the purpose of facilitating the reissuance/issuance of these funds, if 
the obligation remains outstanding. Additionally, enclosed you will find documentation verifying that 
AT&T Services, Inc. is the rightful recipient of the funds.  
Please search your records to determine the current status of this obligation. If these funds are no longer 
owed and/or outstanding, please provide me with the payment details for the replacement warrant or 
electronic funds transfer. Otherwise, I am requesting the funds be reissued to our client.
