(“Motorola”) entered into a cooperative use agreement with the State of Arizona, knows as the State of Arizona Contract # CTR046830 (the “State of Arizona Contract”). The State of Arizona Contract is the result of a competitive bid process. The following APX Radios are manufactured, sold and distributed exclusively by Motorola: APX Portable Radios: APX900, APX1000, APX3000, APX4000, APX6000/XE, APX8000/XE/HXE APX Mobile Radios: APX1500, AX4500, APX6500, APX8500 Multiple State of Arizona departments, local/municipal agencies, commissions and boards have used the State of Arizona Contract to purchase such APX Radios from Motorola. However, Motorola will leave it to the City of El Mirage to interpret its purchasing procedures.
