R20-08-16 Fee Adoption

RESOLUTION R20-08-16 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 
OF EL MIRAGE, ARIZONA SETTING FEES AND SERVICE CHARGES. 
 
 
WHEREAS, the City of El Mirage has reviewed and updated its fees and charges; and 
 
WHEREAS, the written report of the updated fees and charges has been properly posted for 
the required period in accordance with ARS Section 9-499.15; 
 
 
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City 
of El Mirage that: 
 
Section 1. The Fees and Service Charges, attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” is hereby adopted. 
Section 2. The adopted fee changes will be added to the consolidated fee schedule. 
Section 3. The adopted fees will become effective August 19, 2020.. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of El Mirage,
