I invite you to continue your participation in DEA’s Task Force Program and include for your review, the Fiscal Year (FY) 2021 Task Force Agreement(s). According to our records, your office currently participates in the DEA’s Phoenix Task Force located in Glendale, with a commitment of one full-time investigator. As outlined in the Agreement, each position is now eligible for overtime reimbursement of up to “25% of a GS-12, Step 1, of the general pay scale for the Rest of the United States,” equivalent to a dollar amount of $19,180.25, per position, for the fiscal year. To ensure a seamless transition to the new fiscal year, a signature and return of the enclosed FY 2021 DEA Task Force Agreements and attached Certifications Regarding Lobbying; Department Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters; and Drug-Free Workplace Requirements is required by September 30, 2020.
