Good News Construction, LLC proposes the following:

¢ Replace existing East side double door panels and hardware with
new, cut in for and install a new 60”in. wide by 84”in exterior hol-
low metal double door on the North side of the building giving ac-
cess to the new chlorine room, and supply and install a 36’x 84”
interior access door. (All doors will receive new hardware/locks/
keys) .

« Supply and install wall and ceiling (steel building) insulation and
scrim paper. Construct an approximately 9’x8’x9’ high with 24”in.x
8”in. thick corrosion resistant concrete wall, topped with CMU
walls to get approximately 9’ ceiling from existing finish floor
(8816 Block supplied by the City), chlorine room inside the exist-
ing building, with 2 doors, construct a retention basin in the floor
with a 6”x6” concrete curbing, and cut in a floor drain in the chlo-
rine room outside of the retention area. (To be plumbed into the
existing 4” sewer drain line) (Also included is the Hach Chlorine
Analyzer drain line)

e Supply and install 8 LED lighting fixtures, (7 in the main areas of
the building, and 1 in the new proposed chlorine room area,( in-

cluding two new 120 v. GFI receptacles for the cl2 feeder and an-
alyzer)

Supply and install a 2 Ton A/C package unit for cooling only, in-
stalled on the North side of the building, with exposed ductwork
running through the building with 3 supply registers in the main
building, and 1 supply register inside the new chlorine room.
(Chlorine room will also receive an exhaust fan that runs when the
room light is turned on)

Prep/Paint exterior building, roof, doors & frames. Color & sheen
to match Rockwood’s booster pump building.

Cement stoop to be placed outside new Cl2 room door and a ce-
ment base will be under the new A/C unit

Supply/Install support plates for the Cl2 feeder stand and the
Hach Cl2 Analyzer

Chlorine tank vent pipe hole to the exterior of the building will be
supplied/sealed

Supply/Install two (2) HVAC electrical breakers

Supply labor and materials to complete the above mentioned list of work |$ 29,850.00
items, for the lump sum price of

Insulation:

Basic labor to install insulation with favorable site conditions. Fit and secure. Includes planning,
equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

Install Lighting:

Basic labor to install (6) workshop HD lights with favorable site conditions. Wire from existing.
Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and
cleanup.

Install A/C Unit: 4 ton

Basic labor to install air conditioning with favorable site conditions. Add AC to existing heating
system. Mount and secure condenser to new pad. Install heat exchanger. Seal ducting. Connect,
insulate lines between condenser and heat exchanger. Verify operation. Includes planning,
equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

Basic labor to install ductwork with favorable site conditions. Install 10" diameter metal ducting,
with 1 damper and | register per 20 ft. Assemble, secure, support and connect duct sections. Air
seal and tape joints. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and
protection, setup and cleanup.

Install Doors: Front and Back

Basic labor to install doors with favorable site conditions. Measure, trim and plane door to fit
existing door jamb. Mark and mortise hinge locations. Install hinges. Fabricate holes, mortises
for door handle set and jamb strike plate. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition,
area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

Build Chlorine House:
Basic labor to build a 9 ft. by 11 ft. chlorine house with favorable site conditions. Includes
planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.

Brush to remove loose cement and debris. Fill void with patching concrete and blend patch

1 OUR PROPOSAL IS BASED ON THE SITE VISIT CONDUCTED ON TUESDAY 7/14/2020 & FRIDAY 7/17/2020 AND CONSIST OF A
CONSTRUCTION DURATION OF 30 DAYS / 4 WEEKS. OUR GENERAL CONDITIONS INCLUDE SUPERVISION, TEMP SANITARY FACILITY, ROLL
OFF DUMPSTERS, MISC. SMALL TOOLS, GENERAL CLEAN UP. DELAYS DUE TO OTHERS/MUNICIPALITIES MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL GENERAL CONDITIONS COSTS. ALL SALES TAX ON MATERIAL WILL BE PAID AT POINT OF SALE.

2 EXCLUSIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS: PERMITS, NESHAP NOTIFICATION, ASBESTOS TESTING OR ABATEMENT, BONDING, SPECIAL
INSPECTIONS, MATERIAL TESTING, MILLWORK, PREVAILING WAGES, BUILDERS RISK INSURANCE, AFTER HOURS OR OVER TIME WORK OR

PRIDE CONTRACTING, INC. THE UNDERSIGNED SHALL MAKE PROGRESS PAYMENTS PAYABLE TO PRIDE CONTRACTING, INC. NET THIRTY (30) DAYS
FROM PAY APPLICATION SUBMISSION. INVOICES MAY BE EMAILED TO THE UNDERSIGNED. ALL PAY APPLICATIONS WILL BE DEEMED APPROVED
