To whom it may concern: 
This letter is to inform you of a request we made to the City of Glendale, a variance to allow 5’ 
to 10’ side setback where 20’ perimeter setback is required in the R-3 (multiple residence) 
Zoning District.  
On January 15, 2020 notification letters were mailed out to a list of interested parties and 
neighbors. The letters had a deadline to respond to any concerns of ten days.  
We have no concerns, issues, and nor any problems expressed by our neighbors or the district 
interested parties who were notified. 
On January 16, 2020 a notification poster was installed in front of the property at 6826 N. 60th 
Ave Glendale, AZ 85301
