Good afternoon,
 
I’ve completed the additional petition count for White Fence Farms IWDD No. 60.
 
I’m not entirely sure of the requirements for Trustee petitions, but if it’s similar to a new district
or boundary change then the following would be required.
There are a total of 54 parcels in the district. That means they would each need 27 valid
signatures plus 1 to pass. A total of 28 signatures needed.
There’s a total of 70.914 acres in the district. That means they would each need 35.457 acres
to pass.
 
I’ve attached spreadsheets for each of the Trustee candidates.
 
1. Karen Meyer had 40 signatures on the 21 petitions submitted for her. I accepted 32 of
those signatures to be valid with the other 8 signatures being invalid for various reasons.
This meets the signature requirement of 28 valid signatures. The 32 valid parcels had a
total of 43.512 acres which meets the acreage criteria needed of 35.457 acres.
 
2. Jeff Foshee had 39 signatures on the 21 petitions submitted for him. I accepted 31 of
those signatures to be valid with the other 8 signatures being invalid for various reasons.
This meets the signature requirement of 28 valid signatures. The 31 valid parcels had a
total of 42.507 acres which meets the acreage criteria needed of 35.457 acres.
 
3. Sharon Grassi had 41 signatures on the 22 petitions submitted for her. I accepted 32 of
those signatures to be valid with the other 9 signatures being invalid for various reasons.
This meets the signature requirement of 28 valid signatures. The 32 valid parcels had a
total of 43.512 acres which meets the acreage criteria needed of 35.457 acres.

This does not meet the signature requirement of 28 valid signatures. The 24 valid parcels
had a total of 30.605 acres which also doesn’t meet the acreage criteria needed of
35.457 acres.
 
2. Jeff Foshee had 31 signatures on the 13 petitions submitted for him. I accepted 23 of
those signatures to be valid with the other 8 signatures being invalid for various reasons.
This does not meet the signature requirement of 28 valid signatures. The 23 valid parcels
had a total of 29.600 acres which also doesn’t meet the acreage criteria needed of
35.457 acres.
 
3. Sharon Grassi had 32 signatures on the 13 petitions submitted for her. I accepted 23 of
those signatures to be valid with the other 9 signatures being invalid for various reasons.
This does not meet the signature requirement of 28 valid signatures. The 23 valid parcels
had a total of 29.106 acres which also doesn’t meet the acreage criteria needed of
35.457 acres.
