Bower, City Clerk 3. CITIZEN COMMENTS None 4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 1. Approval of the minutes of the September 7, 2021 Government Services Committee meeting Motioned by Councilmember Ian Hugh, seconded by Councilmember Lauren Tolmachoff to approve the minutes of the September 7, 2021 Government Services Committee meeting. AYE: Chair Bart Turner Councilmember Ian Hugh Councilmember Lauren Tolmachoff Passed 5. RESIGNATIONS None 6. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consideration of Uniform Bylaws for Boards, Commissions and Committees The Committee reviewed and made edits to the draft bylaws. Ms. Bower was directed to update the draft bylaws for further discussion at the November meeting. 7. EXECUTIVE SESSION None 8. NEXT MEETING The next regular meeting of the Government Services Committee will be held on November 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., in the Council Conference Room of City Hall, located at 5850 W. Glendale Ave, Glendale, Arizona, 85301. 9.
