Apply future CARES Act program income or remnant funding to Public Services for Vulnerable Populations 4. Limit annual grant applications to Public Services for Vulnerable Populations (15% CDBG allocation) 5. Utilize solicitations, cooperative purchasing, or IGAs for all other investments Improve Performance Reporting 6 • Focus has been on implementation of Glendale Connect – Dashboard KPIs in progress to cover subrecipient management, program outcomes and regulatory compliance • Continued use of CAP dashboard for internal monitoring • Intend to scope some projects with Organizational Performance for public-facing dashboards CDAC Functions 8 The community development advisory committee shall have the following powers and duties: a) To advise, counsel and aid the city in developing, implementing, and evaluating the city's community development block program; and (b) To advise, counsel and aid the city regarding rules, regulations and policies governing the maintenance and operation of housing programs and proposals for development of additional housing. (c) To advise, counsel and aid the city in developing, implementing, and evaluating the city's Community Action Program and community needs assessment.
