May 23, 2023 – Last regular voting meeting to present 
a resolution for adoption by City Council calling the 
election and referring bond question(s) to the 
November ballot   
 
May 31 & June 7, 2023 – publish call of election  
  
June 12, 2023 – Ballot language due to County 
 
July 14, 2023 – Bond information from Finance 
Director/Bond Attorney due to City Clerk for inclusion in 
the informational pamphlet 
 
August 9, 2023 – last day for public to submit pro/con 
statements to the City Clerk 
 
October 3, 2023 – Last day for City Clerk to mail publicity 
pamphlets to registered voters

October 11, 2023 – distribution of early ballots begins 
 
November 7, 2023 – Election Day
