March 2024 ‐ Denise's Journey...
Throughout her journey in our program, Denise has demonstrated unwavering dedication and 
perseverance. Despite facing challenges, she has diligently followed through with every requirement, 
working tirelessly to secure housing for herself. While still tackling her battle with addiction, Denise's 
commitment shines through as she consistently attends appointments and exhibits a strong sense of 
motivation. We are thrilled to announce that Denise has successfully secured housing with the support 
of her family, marking a significant milestone in her journey toward a brighter future.
February 2024 ‐ Olivia's Journey...
Step by step, Glendale case managers have been by Olivia's side, guiding her through every phase of 
her housing journey. Our team has provided unwavering support from organizing essential documents 
to navigating the search for the perfect unit. And now, after months of dedication and perseverance, 
Olivia's efforts have resulted in success. On February 6th, she was welcomed into her new home 
through A New Leaf's rapid rehousing program, which offers rental subsidies and comprehensive case 
management. Now that Olivia is partnered with A New Leaf's dedicated case managers, we hold high 
April 2024 ‐ Wyatt's Journey...
With the steadfast support of our case managers, Wyatt has navigated through various challenges and 
triumphs. Recently, Wyatt was selected to receive a housing voucher from Stepping Stone, an 
organization dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing. The dedication invested in coaching 
and motivating Wyatt to remain current on the "By Name List" has yielded remarkable results. This real‐
time, comprehensive database serves as a valuable tool, allowing us to better align housing solutions with 
the unique needs of individuals, like Wyatt, who are experiencing homelessness within our community. 
As we eagerly anticipate the day when Wyatt receives the keys to his new home, we are filled with hope
