Present: Cathy Cheshier, Chair Benjamin Naber, Vice Chair Timothy Carson, Commissioner Donna Duggins, Commissioner Lawrence Feiner, Commissioner Tammy Gee, Commissioner 1. CALL TO ORDER Ms Cheshier called the workshop to order at 4:35 p.m. 2. STAFF REPORTS a. Code Compliance Presentation Ms. Perry stated there was a scheduling conflict and the presentation from code compliance would have to be postponed. 3. BOARD COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS There were none. 4. NEXT MEETING The next regular meeting of the Board of Adjustment is scheduled for May 09, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., in the boardroom of the Glendale Civic Center, located at 5750 W. Glenn Drive, Glendale, Arizona, 85301. 5.
