LOW - INCOME TAX CREDIT PRESENTATION 
Melanie Brewer, Rental Programs Administrator, and Carson Folk, Rental Programs Manager
for the (ADOH) Arizona Department of Housing, gave a presentation titled LIHTC AS A TOOL
FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
The committee discussed the information presented.
 
  
 
4.
ANNUAL GOAL SETTING SESSION 
Mr. Hess led a discussion with the committee to establish one or more goals to pursue
throughout the course of the year.
The committee discussed goals and voted to affirm the following goals: 
Goal 1—Promote diverse and sustainable housing options—FY2024-25 Focus area:
Explore Community land trusts and non-profit partnerships for homeownership.
Goal 2—Promote diverse funding and partnerships—FY 2024-25 Focus Area: Increase
partnerships for services for seniors and disabled populations.
Goal 3—Promote self-sufficiency for low-income Glendale residents, focusing on social
determinants of health.
