RE: REQUEST FOR A MAIL BALLOT ELECTION

Pursuant to ARS § 48-558(A), an irrigation water delivery district may conduct its Board of
Trustees elections by mail ballot if the governing board obtains approval from the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors prior to publishing the call of election. East Country Club Dr
IWDD No. 66 hereby requests permission from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to
conduct a mail ballot election for the 2025 election of trustees being held on November 19,
2025.
