Hidden Meadows Town Houses 6341 W Myrtle Ave Glendale, AZ 85301 April 2, 2022 TO: WHOM IT CONCERNS: On April 1, 2022 a request for external modification of the property at 7135 N. 63rd Drive was submitted to the Board of the HOA at Hidden Meadows Town Houses by the owners of said property. The request was for the addition of a porch 16’X 12’ along the front of the West facing wall. At the time of the request David Flores was president and Enrique Castro was Treasurer- Secretary of the HOA at Hidden Meadows. Please see the attached ACC Report.
