Re: North County Fire & Medical District Mail Ballot Election Request – November 4, 2025 
 
To Ms. Garza, Clerk of the Board:  
 
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (ARS) §16-558(A), a special district may conduct an election 
by mail ballot if the governing board of directors obtains approval from the board of supervisors 
of the county in which the district is located, prior to publishing the call of election. 
  
The North County Fire & Medical District (NCFMD) hereby requests permission from the 
Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to conduct a mail ballot election for a special bond election 
to be held on November 4, 2025, as well as all subsequent elections until further notice from 
NCFMD.
