Pursuant to the authority granted to the Chief Executive Officer within the District Resolution, please accept this letter as a request for consideration by the Maricopa County BOS at the May 21, 2025, Formal Meeting, to permit the District to submit through an all-mail ballot election pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-558 and the District Resolution a vote of the qualified electors residing in the District on November 4, 2025, on the question of whether to issue bonds described in the District Resolution.
