program with four dedicated 
coaches 
•Case load is 25 clients for each 
coach, totaling 100 clients
•Dedicated to helping residents 
become self-sufficient

FSS Success Story

Shaykeeyia Morgan 
• Attended culinary school and owned a catering 
business
• Mother of four children (ages 12, 9, 8, and 7)
• Her and her husband improved FICO credit score
• Saved $8,000 for down payment assistance
• Received $32,000 from the WISH program
• Purchased a home for $320,000, with down 
payment assistance reduced home loan to 
$288,000
