D R A F T MINUTES GOVERNMENT SERVICES COMMITTEE CIVIC CENTER ANNEX VAULT CONFERENCE ROOM 5752 W. GLENN DR. GLENDALE, ARIZONA 85301 MAY 27, 2025 11:30 A.M. 1. CALL TO ORDER Councilmember Malnar called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: Dianna Guzman, Councilmember Lupe Conchas, Councilmember Ray Malnar, Councilmember Also Present: Marcela Moreno, Deputy City Clerk 3. CITIZEN COMMENTS There were no comments. 4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES a. Approval of the minutes of the April 17, 2025 Government Services Committee meeting Motioned by Councilmember Dianna Guzman, seconded by Councilmember Lupe Conchas to approve the April 17, 2025 Government Services Committee meeting minutes. AYE: Councilmember Dianna Guzman Councilmember Lupe Conchas Councilmember Ray Malnar Passed 5. DISCUSSION ON THE BOARD AND COMMISSION SURVEY RESULTS The GSC discussed the complied follow-up question and answer document in response to the 2025 Board and Commission Survey. Ms. Moreno was directed to forward the follow-up response to Council for feedback. 6. MOTION TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION There were no items to discuss in executive session. 7. NEXT MEETING The GSC vacated the scheduled June 10, 2025 Government Services Committee meeting. 8.
