The Unified Development Code (UDC) requires that major car work be conducted indoors. I obtained approval of VAR24-20 to allow me to construct a detached workshop with reduced setbacks of 5 feet, but the height approved was 20 feet. I am applying for a second variance to increase the peak structure height to 20’-8” feet so that a pre-manufactured workshop that accommodates a mechanical car lift may be erected. Received 09/12/2025
