Goal 3 - : Increase Access to Public Services 
for Vulnerable Populations
Through our funding of nonprofit agencies, the City will 
provide additional services to support low and 
moderate-income people, particularly food assistance 
and senior and youth services. Other vulnerable groups 
may include those with disabilities, victims of 
domestic abuse, children in or aged out of foster care, 
those suffering from addiction or mental health 
diseases and possibly others.
