RESOLUTION NO. 4591 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN 
OF GILBERT, ARIZONA, CONSENTING TO THE FORMATION 
OF THE COLONIA HOME RANCH IRRIGATION WATER 
DELIVERY DISTRICT. 
WHEREAS, the land owners of approximately 20.874 acres within the Home 
Ranch Meadow and Colonia Grande subdivisions, as shown in Exhibit A, have requested the Town 
consent to the formation of an irrigation water delivery district to assist in the management, 
maintenance, and operation of the untreated irrigation water delivery system; and 
WHEREAS, the proposed members of the organizing board have submitted an 
impact statement that includes the benefits and injuries derived from creation of the district; and 
WHEREAS, Arizona law requires the Town's consent to the formation of an 
irrigation water delivery district to be by resolution or ordinance; and 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of 
the Town of Gilbert, Arizona, that we hereby consent to the fonnation of the Colonia Home Ranch 
Irrigation Water Delivery District.
