RESOLUTION NO. 12416 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
MESA, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, CONSENTING TO 
THE FORMATION OF THE 
MESA VISTA ESTATES 
IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT. 
WHEREAS, landowners within the Mesa Vista Estates Subdivision, which is located 
within the City of Mesa and generally bounded by E. Jensen Street on the north, E. Mesa 
Vista Lane on the south, N. Mesa Drive on the west, and N. Dresden on the east, desire to 
organize an irrigation water delivery district under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 48, 
Chapter 20 to be known as the Mesa Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District. 
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mesa has reviewed information on the 
proposed Mesa Vista Estates irrigation water delivery district within the City of Mesa. 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mesa, 
as follows: 
Section 1 : The City Council hereby consents to the formation of the Mesa 
Vista Estates Irrigation Water Delivery District. 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona, this 
22nd day of September, 2025.
