Crumb Rubber Manufacturers of America, LLC (Lessor) and Maricopa County 
(County) are parties to that certain Lease Agreement dated April 5, 2006 (Agreement) 
with an expiration date of June 30, 2023.  This letter is to confirm Lessor and County 
agree to terminate the Agreement on December 31, 2022 as of County’s close of 
business. County will vacate the Premises on or before the date/time of termination.
