The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below:
A. There are no changes to the Scope of Wor
B. Annual revenue projection is $2,800,000.00 for the project period beginning
January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
II.
All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and
effect.
