The Arizona Asthma Coalition appreciates your success in implementing the Emergency School Inhaler 
Program in schools throughout Maricopa County.   
 
To support the expansion of your program, we wish to transfer a grant of $2,500.00 to you.  This 
donation should be restricted to the Roosevelt School District for the purchase of medication and valved 
holding chambers. 
 
Because we have an existing Memorandum of Agreement with Maricopa County, we hope that the 
entire amount of $2,500 will be dedicated to the Inhaler Program.
