AMENDMENT ONE 
LICENSE AGREEMENT 
FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY 
Between 
MARICOPA COUNTY 
And 
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY

WHEREAS, a License Agreement for Use of Real Property (C-30-13-004-3-00 and 
C-69-13-014-8-00) ("Agreement") was entered into on November 14, 2012, between 
Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona ("Licensor"), and the Flood 
Control District of Maricopa County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona 
("Licensee"), together hereinafter referred to as "Parties" or individually as a "Party".
WHEREAS, Licensee desires to continue to operate and maintain a Streamgage 
Station and Flood Streamgage Station on a portion of Licensor's property at Usery 
Mountain Regional Park; and 
WHEREAS, the current term of the Agreement expired on July 30, 2022; and 
WHEREAS, Licensor is willing to grant to Licensee a license for continued use of 
the Streamgage Station Site; and 
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the license to provide for either Party to 
terminate it upon notice; and 
WHEREAS, Licensor and Licensee desire to enter into this Amendment One to the 
Agreement ("Amendment One") with the understanding that all other provisions of the 
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and capitalized terms used herein without 
definition will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. 
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable 
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties 
hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
