This notice from Orange Valley Estates IWDD No. 67 serves as a formal request to
cancel the election of Trustees that is to be held on November 16, 2022. In
accordance with A.R.S. 16-410(A), the District seeks approval from the Maricopa
County Board of Supervisors to have the election cancelled and appoint Erin
Campbell, Tanya Speltz and Hal Green who are duly qualified for the office of
Trustee to which she or he has been serving. The term they will serve as trustees
will be from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023.
