Our client, SR24 Storage, LLC, has applied to Maricopa County for a Special Use Permit and Plan of Development for an RV and Boat storage facility at the intersection of Signal Butte and the future SR 24 freeway. Attached to this email is the project narrative and site plan we provided to the County. These items are still being evaluated by the County, but we wanted to provide ample time for ADOT to provide any input on this proposal. It is our understanding that all of the
