Extension Justification
1. Provide a detailed justification and explanation 
for extending the period of performance.  
This project was meant to support the DVE Analyst 
position that was hired through the 210209-03 grant.  Due 
to the extended delays it took to hire the position and the 
time it took to handle the positions onboarding and 
establishing expected day to day operations both the 
software and training included in this project needed to be 
delayed to assure the resources were utilized to there 
fullest.  At this point the position is fully developed and the 
software is in the process of being purchased.  The 
training will start to be organized in the coming months.

software. Confirm timeline and schedule for 
acquisition of software. Review overall documentation 
to identify any potential conflict with vendor and/or 
stakeholders. Prepare and submit quarterly report.
