Please use caution when corresponding outside the county. Good afternoon, The FY 2026 maximum reimbursable overtime rate for all DEA program-funded Task Force Officer positions will be at $22,155.25. State and Local Overtime funding for FY 2026 began October 1, 2025; subject to the availability of funding. Since the government is currently unfunded, invoices for FY2026 will not be paid until funding becomes available. However, you may still send these invoices as you normally would. FY2025 invoices (through September 30th, 2025) will continue to be processed. However, until the government reopens there may be a delay in final processing of FY2025 payments. So….Please continue to send all invoices to the Process Coordinator mailbox at Invoice.Phoenix@dea.gov as usual, up to and including FY2026 invoices.
