08/25/2022 – received offer from Aaron Walters on parcel # 502-51-009G for $125.00.
Mr. Walters walked in his offer and I made sure he was aware of parcel
size, shape and location.
08/31/2022 – Received offer from Kevin Carter dba Carter Goods, LLC on parcel
502-51-009G for $200.00.
09/01/2022 -- Mailed out notification letters to two adjacent owners.
09/13/2022 – notification letter to Gillilands returned undelivered, No alternate address
found.
10/03/2022 – To date, NO response regarding letter mailed to PJ Farms.
